اینم خبر های خیلی خوب از سناتور ایوانس مبنی بر اینکه پذیرش مهاجر از طریق تخصص(skilled migration) بیشتر خواهد شد اما اینکه در روند این پذیرش چه تغییراتی اعمال شود فعلا کس خبر ندارد و اگر در سایتی مطلبی مبنی بر سخت تر یا آسان تر شدن روند مهاجرت دیدید، بدانید یا نظر شخصی است یا بازار گرمی

اگر از خوانندگان قدیمی وبلاگ من هستید می دانید با اینکه این که امور مهاجرت مربوط به استرالیا شغل و حرفه من هست اما برای کسانی هم که خودشان می خواهند اقدام کنند هیچ فوت کوزه گری را ناگفته نمی گذارم چون عقیده دارم کسی که خودش می خواهد اقدام کند بالاخره این کار را می کند. پس کمکش کنیم پرونده اش خراب نشود.

داستان تطابق نمره IELTS برای ارزشیابی مدارک مهندسی Engineers Australia از چند وقتی است رواج دارد و این را از من سوال می پرسند که مثلا اگر فردی 2 یا چند بار IELTS آزمون داده باشد می شود انها را تطابق داد یا خیر؟ جواب بله است

مثال:

Reading 5.5 Speaking 7 writing 6 listening 6.5

Reading 6 Speaking 7 writing 5.5 listening 6.5

نتیجه : نمره کم Reading آزمون اول با آزمون دوم جبران می شود و نمره کم writing آزمون دوم با آزمون اول جبران می شود

نکته: این تطابق فقط و فقط برای ارزشیابی مدرک در Engineers Australia  قابل استفاده است و نه در اداره مهاجرت استرالیا

به روز رسانی و  اعلام لیست جدید مشاغل استرالیا

دولت محترم استرالیا اعلام کرد لیست جدید مشاغل استرالیا در ماه می (May) یعنی همین ماه  منتشر خواهد شد

Update on announcement of New Skilled Occupations List

The Government is considering the report from Skills Australia containing their Skilled Occupation List. An announcement and publication of the new Skilled Occupation List for Migration purposes will be made in May

تغییرات در زمان ارائه شواهدی از توانایی زبان انگلیسی (IELTS)

نکته ایی که بارها به آن اشاره شده و آن هم ارائه مدرک زبان در وقت مشخص است و در صورتی که با قوانین و زمان گفته شده توسط اداره مهاجرت یکی نباشد حتی 1 روز دیرتر باشد پرونده رد خواهد شد ضمناً مطلب زیر درباره تغییرات نمره IELTS نیست خیلی خوشحال نشوید (متاسفانه)

Changes to the time of provision of evidence of English language ability

There are new arrangements for the provision of evidence for English language ability. Applicants for the following GSM subclasses have until the time of decision to provide evidence of their English language ability

·         Skilled – Independent (Residence) visa (subclass 885)

·         Skilled – Sponsored (Residence) visa (subclass 886)

·         Skilled – Independent (Migrant) visa (subclass 175)

·         Skilled – Sponsored (Migrant) visa (subclass 176)

·         Skilled – Provisional (Regional Sponsored) visa (subclass 475)

·         Skilled – Provisional (Recognised Graduate) visa (subclass 476)

·         Skilled – Provisional (Graduate) visa (subclass 485) (where the application was made on or after 27 October 2008)

Applicants should not delay in providing their evidence of English language ability. The department will not delay finalising applications where English language test results have not been provided at time of application. Applicants will have 28 days from the date of application to provide their English language results if they did not provide them at time of application. At this point in time, if evidence has not been provided the application will be refused.

There is no change in the requirements for Skilled – Provisional (Graduate) visa (subclass 485) where the application was made before 27 October 2008 or the Skilled Provisional (Regional Sponsored) visa (subclass 487). The applicant must either provide evidence of English language ability at time of application or provide evidence that they have made a booking to undertake an English language test
